METHOD

Calculated on Atoll Maker’s server, by the same criterion that sizes the UV steriliser in the app’s designs. Advisory: it does not replace the hydraulic design.

In Atoll Maker the UV steriliser is sized from the drawn pond’s volume, placed in the equipment housing and connected to the pipework.

Pond volume

The volume in m³ and litres, from the area and the mean depth.

Circulation flow

The flow in L/h and m³/h that turns the pond’s volume over.

Pipe head loss

The head loss of a run of pipe or hose, fittings included.

Atoll Maker calculates this from the drawn pond.

Draw the pond and the system assembles itself: volume, filtration, pipework, head loss and the drawings.
